Terms of Service
Effective date: August 19, 2026
Article 1 (Purpose)
These terms set out the conditions and procedures for using the Timetable desktop widget app and mobile app service (the “Service”) provided by Stoneworks (the “Operator”), and the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of users and the Operator.
Article 2 (Operator Information)
- Business name: Stoneworks
- Representative: Chanwoo Yoon
- Business registration number: 811-75-00596
- Address: 401-ho, 63-8 Jukdong-ro 279beon-gil, Yuseong-gu, Daejeon, Republic of Korea

Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)
These terms take effect by being posted on the Service screen or within the app.
The Operator may revise these terms within the scope permitted by applicable law, and will announce the effective date and reason at least 7 days in advance (30 days for changes unfavorable to users).
Article 4 (Provision of Service and Fees)
The Service consists of a Free plan and a paid Pro subscription plan.
The Free plan has limits on some features, such as the number of sections/tasks; subscribing to Pro removes these limits.
Pro plan pricing and billing cycles are as shown on the Service's payment screen. Payments are processed through Paddle.com Market Limited (“Paddle”), the Merchant of Record. Paddle is responsible, as merchant, for all matters related to payment processing (billing, tax, refunds, etc).
Article 5 (Subscription Cancellation and Refunds)
Users may cancel their subscription at any time; cancellation stops billing from the next billing cycle.
Refunds are handled according to Paddle's policy. See the Refund Policy for details.
Refunds may also be requested where the withdrawal conditions under South Korea's Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce are met.
Article 6 (User Obligations)
Users must comply with applicable laws and these terms, and must not infringe the rights of others or interfere with the operation of the Service.
Article 7 (Suspension of Service)
The Operator may temporarily suspend the Service for unavoidable reasons such as system maintenance, failures, or natural disasters, and will provide advance notice.
Article 8 (Disclaimer)
The Operator is not liable when the Service cannot be provided due to natural disasters, force majeure, or similar events.
The Operator does not guarantee the accuracy of information users obtain through the Service (e.g., data synced from Google Calendar).
Article 9 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes related to use of the Service are subject to the court having jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act.
